At Silver by Mail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or a replacement for your silver pieces.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded envelope to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

  Post Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return label and send your package via a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Confirmation

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
